In 2021 the new Covid19 Vaccines restored hope. The UK moved from PANdemIC to prevention. I gratefully received two doses of AstraZeneca vaccine. I remain grateful: vaccines are our best defense in public health.

0.17% / 23k Brits who received the life-saving Cvd19 Vaccines now live with life-changing disabilities. The Government’s failure to administer its Vaccine Damage Payments Scheme has costs & consequences in terms of pressure on the NHS.

This is not a ‘poor me’/ hard luck diary! If it veers into that, please do feel free to leave an angry comment or perplexed emoji.

  • In 2021, I had an adverse reaction to the Covid19 Vaccine. I struggle to access the services I am entitled to.
  • There is a Westminster bubble; once outside, people do not hear you.
  • Three Departments have legal and conventional responsibilities:
    • Department for Health and Social Care
      • Secretary of State James Murray MP, (link, here).
    • Department for Work and Pensions
    • Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government
  • A Policy Adviser, I know the expertise, time & patience Parliament demands.
    • The motivation driving MPs & their small teams is to help others (No B-S).
